JENNIFER TREADGOLD

Jenn, has worked in Optics for over 25yrs and still passionate about the industry. Jenn’s first position was within a multiple group, but after qualifying she moved to independent practice, which she knew would suit the type of service she wanted to offer to patients. Jenn has worked in independent practices ever since.

Building relationships with patients and providing the very best level of care is a priority to Jenn and her ethos is to treat people how she would like to be treated. She feels this is what makes the difference with independent optician practices.

One Jenn’s most favourite parts of the job is when someone leaves feeling confident and happy in their new spectacles, often with a frame they would not have normally chosen. Jenn ensures every one of their patients is happy with the choices they make and wants them to feel good about themselves. In her own words, “Glasses are important, they are on your face for a long time!”
